What is EVOB?

Similar to the VOB files on DVD, EVOB files contains the video on HD-DVD and BlueRay discs. It stores video at up to 1920x1080 60P in MPEG-2, VC-1, or AVC formats.

To convert from EVOB files, you will need to install both CCCP, GPL MPEG-2 Decoder, and AC-3 Decoder Filter.

Launch River Past Audio Converter

Once River Past Audio Converter is installed properly, launch Audio Converter.

Add File

Click on the "Add File" button on the tool bar. The standard file open dialog appears. Select "EVOB - Enhanced VOB" in its "Files of type" combo box.

Note: To convert from EVOB files, you must have CCCP and GPL MPEG Decoder installed.

Select output directory

Expand the "Output Directory" panel. Use the "Browse" button to select an output directory.

Convert

Click the "Convert" button on the tool bar.
