FLV to Wii: Convert FLV(Flash Video) video to Wii with River Past Crazi Video
What is
FLV?
FLV is the video format
used by Flash.
FLV (Flash Video) is a proprietary file format used to deliver video over
the Internet using Adobe Flash Player (formerly known as Macromedia Flash Player)
version 6, 7, 8, or 9. FLV content may also be embedded within SWF files. Notable
users of the FLV format include YouTube,
Google Video, Reuters.com Yahoo! Video and MySpace.
To convert FLV video to other formats with River Past software, you need
to have CCCP
installed.
Launch Crazi Video
Install Crazi Video, launch Crazi Video.
Install Extra Components
To convert from FLV video, Please install CCCP (Combined Community Codec Pack).
CCCP
Add File
Click on the "Add File" button on the tool bar. The standard file open dialog appears. Select "FLV - Flash Video" in its "Files of type" combo box.
Select the file you want to convert and click "Open". The file will be added to the conversion file list.
Note: To convert from FLV files, you must have CCCP installed.
If you cannot add the file, please make sure CCCP is installed.
River Past Crazi Video
Select Wii Output
Click on the toggle in front of "Output Format" to expand the panel.
Select "Wii" as the device type.
Note, please make sure you have the latest QuickTime installed.
Change individual file settings
Select the file in the conversion list. An additional panel "Convert File" appears.
Click on the toggle to expand the panel.
The aspect ratio is retrieve from the original video file. In some cases, this value may be incorrect. To change it, you can either select from the list, or type in a value.
Select output directory
Expand the "Output Directory" panel. Use the "Browse" button to select an output directory.
Convert
Click the "Convert" button on the tool bar.
