TTA to OGG: Convert Audio from TTA(The True Audio codec) to OGG(OGG Vorbis Audio) with River Past Audio Converter, TTA2OGG converter, conversion
What is
TTA?
The True Audio (TTA) codec is a
free, simple, realtime lossless audio compressor. Based on adaptive prognostic
filters, TTA has compared favorably to a majority of its popular open-source
peers. The codec was built to offer adequate compression levels while maintaining
high operation speeds.
To convert from TTA audio to other formats, please have either DC-Bass
Decoder or Radlight
TTA DirectShow Filter installed.
What is
OGG?
Ogg Vorbis (sometimes just called Vorbis)
is an open source patent-free audio compression format, developed as a replacement
for proprietary digital audio encoding formats, such as MP3,
VQF, and AAC.
Vorbis files (which have an .ogg extension) compress to a smaller size than
MP3 files, which reduces bandwidth and storage requirements. According to many
reports, Vorbis provides better sound quality than MP3.
To encode OGG Vorbis audio with River Past software, please have
either Torbias' OGG
DirectShow Filters or Radlight
Ogg Media Filters installed.
