Start Security Configuration Manager
Please make sure your phone is connected via ActiveSync. Start Windows Mobile Security Configuration Manager.
The left side shows a list of security policy templates. The right side shows the current policy for your device.

Select "Security Off"
Select "Security Off" from the drop-down control on the left side.

Provision
Click the "Provision" button to set the security policy of your device.

Result
This may take from 30 seconds to 2 minutes. Eventually, Security Configuration Manager will give you a notice on whether the security policy has been changed successfully.
